It is time to point out what is this chat.
It is not the chat of ON4KST
or a french, dutch, german, spanish or english chat but an international
chat.
It is not a private chat where I dialogue only with my friends in my
language without taking into account the others.
But it is:
A place of
discovery, experimentation, training and improvement of the technique.
A
place of study and alarm of phenomena of propagation.
A place of appointment
in order to return the impossible possible one.
The beginners acquire
experiment of the specialists.
The specialists exchange information with
other specialists and help the beginners.
All HAMs throughout the world
are welcome. What that's mean?
Of any race, country and religion, I
communicate with one/several users in a language that everyone
understands.
Others could be interested by the conversation and to intervene.
I accomodate them with pleasure.
The sysop is responsible for the
contents of the server. He must understand all the messages and
banish the
